The best thing about working for Barratt is that it creates an exciting environment for its staff, it provides training and support and also there’s also a great network within the company, and everyone feels part of a team and if ever you need to, if you have any issues, with your work or you need some guidance or some training there is always somebody available to help you.

Before I joined Barratts I knew that Barrats was one of the leading house building companies within the industry. I didn’t really have any preconceived ideas before I went it, but since working there I’ve come to learn that Barratts has a very strong network, its core philosophy is teamwork, the people that I met were very friendly and helpful and have guided me throughout my career there.

I see the building futures together falling in line with the vision of the company concentrating on excellent customer service, ensuring that the company is an energy efficient as it can be, providing the staff with the correct training so that they can go on and really promote Barratts.

By building futures together means that Barratts will increase in the size of its employees more wanting to be part of the team. Therefore my job role personally will also expand and I will be taking on more responsibilities within the company. The qualities that you to have working at Barratts is to be a good communicator, great people skills and also to work as a team player but I  think the most important quality would be to adapt to any task given as no two days are the same.
