“I initially worked in a temporary role, on reception. Before I came here I knew that they were an industry leading company within the property market, but working here, the thing that struck me most was that the people were all really friendly.
I’d been attracted to Barratt because I wanted to work for a company who I believed were the biggest and best in a tough industry. When I looked on their website I saw that they had a strong commitment to personal development, which is very important to me too. When I joined them in a permanent role, I knew I’d made the right decision. I’d previously spent eight years working in an office in a managerial role, which gave me valuable customer service experience for the job I’m doing now.
Although the work is challenging, I enjoy being part of a company with a ‘can do’ attitude. The teamwork and support we get is a big plus too. I thrive on the pride and excitement of the customers when they buy their dream homes from me. Being able to match our homes to their needs is fantastic.
