Our People & Roles

With people in sales and customer service roles, not everyone who works here is actually involved in the construction process. But they’re all helping build our business. And in turn, we’re helping build their careers too. We’re a business that’s always ready to recognise and reward effort, happy to promote from within, and  always keen to engage with our people and see them grow in confidence and skills.
