Training is constant, and starts early! To make sure you’re warmed up, we hold a special two-day induction event before your actual starting date. While there are a few talks and presentations, it’s also a social event where you can meet other graduates and the people you’ll be working closely with during the two years.
Elsewhere on this site, you’ll see plenty of formal training opportunities for later in your career. But on the two year programme, this is what you can expect.
- Increasingly challenging project assignments.
- Formal study.
- Support for study for professional qualifications such as support for RICS, CIMA, CIOB, where appropriate.
- Assignments in the voluntary/charity sectors. As well as supporting charities financially, we offer project management support. Its part of the programme because we believe it broadens your experience as a manager.
- Regular feedback and reviews from a Managing Director, which shows you how seriously we take you.
Here are the departments where you’ll spend your placements on rotation, and where you’ll specialise. If you want to find out more about each one, simply click on the link.
