The programme lasts two years, is carefully structured, and is open to graduates of all disciplines. Expectations are high, so you’ll be in the spotlight. You’ll be allocated your own coach, and have privileged one-on-one access to a Managing Director. You’ll learn ‘hands-on’ in the front-line with colleagues at all levels, as well as through formal study – including towards professional qualifications where appropriate. We’ll challenge you and stretch you, but the onus is on you. It’s your time, and we’ll be looking to you to make the most of it by asking questions, getting noticed, and soaking up the learning experience.
- Year One. Here you’ll undertake six two-month placements on rotation, designed to give you all-round insight into what makes our business tick. At the same time, formal development modules will focus on your leadership and project management skills.
- Year Two. You’ve had the taster, now it’s time to specialise. The projects will be longer, the challenges greater, the experience more focussed and intense – all supported with training into vital leadership skills such as communication, presentation, motivation and performance management.
